<title><![CDATA[引用古書及前人講解:-]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font size="4">吐納: </font></p><p align="justify"><font size="4">是呼吸的一種，呼吸吐納為主的功夫，乃早期道教的重要修煉方術。早在戰國時期，這種修煉方法即已流行於南方吳越地區，如《莊子‧刻意》曾載有「吹呴呼吸，吐故納新」之士。</font></p><p align="justify"><font size="4">所謂「吐故納新」，即吸入天地日月精華之新氣而吐出體內臟腑煩濁之故氣，如《淮南子‧泰族》言：「吸陰陽之和﹐食天地之精﹐呼而出故﹐吸而入新。」這種「吐納」實需配以意念引導，並可將「存」於疾患之處以療病，故有人以為其要在於：以我之心，使我之氣，養我之體，攻我之疾。歷史上道教的行氣法有很多種，如陶弘景《養性延命錄》中的吹、呼、唏、呵、噓、呬「六字訣」，《雲笈七籤》卷五十八中的「尹真人服元氣術」，等等。吐納間注意體會深、長細、勻、穩、悠之要領。 </font></p><p><a href="http://sunny_health.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=533340" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>
